Etymology ~

Wikipedia wrote:Semiotics (also called semiotic studies; not to be confused with the Saussurean tradition called semiology which is a part of semiotics) is the study of meaning-making, the study of sign processes and meaningful communication. This includes the study of signs and sign processes (semiosis), indication, designation, likeness, analogy, metaphor, symbolism, signification, and communication.

Semiotics is closely related to the field of linguistics, which, for its part, studies the structure and meaning of language more specifically. The semiotic tradition explores the study of signs and symbols as a significant part of communications. As different from linguistics, however, semiotics also studies non-linguistic sign systems. Semiotics may be divided into three branches:

Semantics: relation between signs and the things to which they refer; their signified denotata, or meaning
Syntactics: relations among or between signs in formal structures
Pragmatics: relation between signs and sign-using agents or interpreters.

Semiotics is frequently seen as having important anthropological dimensions; for example, the late Italian semiotician and novelist Umberto Eco proposed that every cultural phenomenon may be studied as communication. Some semioticians focus on the logical dimensions of the science, however. They examine areas belonging also to the life sciences—such as how organisms make predictions about, and adapt to, their semiotic niche in the world (see semiosis). In general, semiotic theories take signs or sign systems as their object of study: the communication of information in living organisms is covered in biosemiotics (including zoosemiotics).

Syntactics is the branch of semiotics that deals with the formal properties of signs and symbols.More precisely, syntactics deals with the "rules that govern how words are combined to form phrases and sentences". Charles Morris adds that semantics deals with the relation of signs to their designata and the objects that they may or do denote; and, pragmatics deals with the biotic aspects of semiosis, that is, with all the psychological, biological, and sociological phenomena that occur in the functioning of signs.

Words = symbols of noetic constructs - abstractions.
Words refer to interpretations of phenomena.

Phenomena, via a medium, which is also a phenomenon, stimulate the sense organ which translates this stimulation into a neurological pulse, transmitting it to the central processing hub, which is the brain, where it is collected, analysed and integrated into mental models, by adding to it stimuli collected internally, using the nervous system = abstractions, noumena.

Noumena are then compared to already abstracted data, experience, which are stored in memory.
Also, add to this genetic memory, or DNA, and you have a soup of data being processed and combined into mental models.

To put it another way, internal organ hierarchies, creating a personality (a psychological framework), are combined with externally derived stimuli, into abstractions, or noumena.

Moderns use words without knowing what they mean; without caring what they mean, outside dictionary definitions, and popular usage.

The meaning becomes uniform, because nuances are lost when the same symbol is used to refer to a different phenomenon.

Take the word "love" the most popular Modern symbol in our time.
They, most often, use it to refer to lust, confusing love for a sexual desire; to preference, as in "I love lasagne"...and so on.
The word has lost meaning.
It has lost all meaning to the point of not only being overused, but to the point where the ones using this word are also surprised by the outcome of their casual usage.

Take the word "friend".
They use it to refer to a casual acquittance, to a pet, to somebody they just met etc.

Take the word "beauty".
They use it to refer to symmetry, or in an erotic context to reproductive fitness, or to what impresses, mesmerized and so on.
The last is a good case study.
For the average Modern moron, all that captures his imagination is beautiful.

Now some things to consider:

1}Beauty is about symmetry, a pattern, and so all that a living organism can perceive has a pattern, and so is, to some degree, ordered.
But not all are equally so, and so not all are equally symmetrical.
When I say "John is strong" I do not mean he is omnipotent, but more strong than an other, or stronger than a perceived average.
When I say "Jerry is smart" I do not mean he is absolutely so, or that another has nil intelligence.
When I say "Tom is tall" I do not mean Timmy has zero height.
When I say "Susan is beautiful" I do not mean Martha is absolutely ugly.
Words refer to degrees.

2}People confuse how the other makes them feel, subjectivity, with what the other is, his/her essence, and so when an ugly other makes them feel beautiful they consider this his beauty.
A flattered, someone who accentuates one's superiority, is considered positively.
The other may be ugly, in relation to an average, but for the one who is made to feel good about himself in comparison, or in his presence, his asymmetry can be ignored, because his presence fills the subjective mind with a sense of its won beauty.

3}People confuse the proportions that indicate fertility with symmetry, or the objective appreciation of beauty from its erotic appreciation - erotic as a potential outcome, a potential.
Lust is not love, although love is a derivative of lust.
Organ proportions display genetic health.
They are a form of order, within the boundaries of utility.

4}people forget that an organism, such as a human being, is an amalgamation of different patterns, and that how these combine is what is referred to as its beauty.
So, an otherness can have a beautiful neck, or nose, or ear, and yet be ugly, because the parts combine in asymmetrical ways.
Persona A may have a symmetrical face, and this face may be a part of a physical form with asymmetrical proportions.
He may have nice hair, on top of an ugly face.
Beauty relating to an individual is about the combinations of the parts, and how they relate and harmonize.

5}People confuse mental symmetry (intelligence) with physical symmetry (inherited genetic health, beauty).
This mental symmetry, along with what was mentioned in {2} is what the modern calls "inner beauty" or "spirit".
Mental symmetry compensates for physical asymmetry, and physical symmetry atrophies mental symmetry.
Cycles.

6}People confuse being taken aback, confused, by an otherness, as its beauty.
Here, an asymmetrical face, because it is chaotic, disharmonious (ugly), is more fascinating than a symmetrical face, which may be more seductive.
This interest the Modern calls beautiful, when it is ugly, with symmetrical parts combined in asymmetrical ways, making it mesmerizing, in its intricacy.
Remember order is the limitation of possibilities (as probability), and chaos is the increase of possibility as complexity...not randomness in this case because it would not be perceptible.
Being fascinated by something does not mean it is beautiful.
The ugly fascinates us with its disharmony.
The rare, and unusual, fascinates us.

Now, because the modern has no desire to connect words, referring to noumenon, to phenomenon, but only wants to go "by the book", the Bible or Dictionary, and connect the word to nouemena (self-referential, or referencing other minds), or to nothing at all (mystifying the word and the abstraction it is symbolizing), any time you discuss anything with these imbeciles you must first determine what variant of the word they are using.

For them there is no phenomenon to restrict the word's meaning, so they have a variety of meanings to use, escaping their own stupidity.
Discussing anything with them is futile.
They will refuse all definitions which are not their own, and most certainly any definition connecting the noumenon to the phenomenon which would eliminate this cowardly practice from their options.

Connecting the word to a phenomenon is to objectify it, and these turds wish to retain its subjective malleability, to avoid the implications upon them.

Saying that beauty is about symmetry, indicating a higher order, and that this from a genetic, organic, standpoint, indicates fitness/fertility, and so on, would clip their angel's wings from flying up to the heavens.
So they conflate the word with multiple meanings so as to then use any one of them, as it suits them at any time, or to pretend that the word refers to a concept far too complex to come to any conclusion about, leaving it in a desirable state of limbo = mystique.
Its utility is now subjective.

You see how these turds think?
Most have no idea they are doing it.
They are mentally imprisoned in Nihilism.

A few do it knowingly, being hypocrites and cowards, wanting to manipulate others using words.

Semiotics Images19

The Objective, the world in other words, now becomes a democratic referendum = an agreement between subjective minds as to what permits the most inclusion.
The most "objective" being the shared subjective view which incorporates as many subjective views within its premises, and does not hurt, insult, any of them.
This is what the Semite calls Cosmopolitanism.
Democracy of Subjectivities.

In other words the term "world" now refers to a community of subjectivities, which, if disconnected from reality can be a community of the delusional - a nihilistic community, such as the one depicted in the movie The Matrix.
The word "world" refers to humanity.
Philosophy reduced to a political search for that shared common subjective ground - that lowest-common-denominator.
This is "good".

The world, itself, is bad.
Anyone who contradicts this self-referential cocooning, is evil, and/or ill.

Semiotics Images19

The levelling of word meanings, their casual thoughtless usage, and the "freedom" this fills these Modern, is the levelling of man noetically; by reducing his thoughts to trivial, meaningless, banter, with concepts detaching from reality, rather than engaging it, and remaining loyal to its premises, the mind is lost in a shallow world of meaninglessness.

You will find the Nihilist's shared ideal here.
They may use words differently, resulting in multiplicity of perspectives, but their shared ideology, what makes them allies, is their belief in their "right" to use words to detach, rather than attach, to reality.
Nihilists come in multiple forms, not because they are open-minded but because being freed from reality they can fantasize any hypothetical, uninhibited by any reality that would restrict their contemplation, and because for them words can be used in any way necessary to achieve their goal of detachment, as long as they remain relatively true to the Dictionary definition (often offering multiple angels and itself using terms with no attachments to reality), and just as long as their application inhibits mass participation.

The word is supposed to seduce as many participants as possible, and in this mass-participation within a shared delusion, the "reality" of the delusion is solidified.
Dis-ease becomes health, when the majority is infected.

Philosophy becomes a psychological game of convincing as many others as possible of a subjectivity.
And what can be more convincing than what feels good, and flatters, and offers hope?
Finding that shared idea(l) which will include and make happy as many Moderns as possible, in other words finding a shared Subjective world-view which would satisfy the needs of as many subjective world-views as possible.

Semiotics Images19

Language is culture....just as DNA is the organism.
Language expresses the culture's essence.
The organism, its presence, is an expression of its genetic history - past/nature.

Genes manifest as memes and words, and how they are applied, are the representation of this process.

Just as genes are the inherited memories of the past (nature) applied in the current, in the present, as presence, so is language the application of an inherited memory cache applied in the present.
The inherited may be repressed, hidden, cultivated, atrophied, or warped (mutated), due to environmental conditions (conditioning).
The application of words, the wealth of linguistic creativity, and how it is applied, expresses the organism's vitality, its essence, and how it has been raised from birth.
Internal organ hierarchies expressed as art: symbolically, metaphorically, representationally.
Like all art-forms the word, like colours, forms, textures, tones etc. and how they are used expresses the intent of the artist, his talent, and how it has been affected by his upbringing (social, natural, nurturing).

The relationship of man with world, as this has been determined by past/nature within environment/current is contained within the application of words.

Semiotics Images19

When an artist becomes immersed in his own art, he is lost to all.
His art now reflects his inner workings, and has no value outside of this, and how some may relate to it, and wish to go with him, into his psychosis.

The value of an artist, and of his art, is determined by the audience who share in his motives, and wish to participate in his creations.
The motives are shared when the internal organ hierarchies are common, because what divergence is inherited genetically has been cultivated, and/or made to atrophy, by external effects, producing a uniformity, which is either actual (due to generations of such cultivation), or pretended (the product of self-repression and hypocrisy).
This produces a uniformity of taste, usually directed downwards, towards a shared lowest-common-denominator, whereas an upward movement would be demanding, and only appreciated by the few, and not the many.
The popular artist, the f-Artist, is such a downward looking creator, seeking mass approval, and appreciation, and his f-Art will reflect this motive.

The stench will indicate a reduction of existence to a pile of non-descript manure, faecal material (money), full of untapped possibilities, directing the gaze towards the anal cavity.

Semiotics Images19

No, truth, no God, no whole, no One...all words with no connection to anything real; noetic tools, symbols, referencing nothing but other noetic abstractions.

Environment: dynamic, ever-changing, but not to a rate as to make all recognition of patterns irrelevant.
Consciousness is important because it is this constant evaluation of changing circumstances; a tool for perceiving the patterns (inter)acting.
Idea(L) are projections of particular patterns as desirable, or as long-lasting, temporally fit.
Not as immortal, and/or eternal, and/or universal.

As more fit - as superior, given the current circumstances, outside human interventions.
This dynamic adaptation to a dynamic environment is the subjective interpreting, constantly, reaffirming, continuously, the objective world.

Objective as in outside human subjective interpretations - the world as it is, and not as how the human prefers it to be, or thinks it is.

Semiotics Images19

Words like love refer to am behavioural survival tactic, meant to deal with the already evolved fight/flight mechanism, so as to enable heterosexual procreation and social cooperation.
It is a form of self-repression, self-numbing and identifying with otherness or with an abstraction.

Value = a judgement produced by juxtaposing phenomenon-A, with a phenomenon-B, either to a perceived average phenomenon-A-Z, or in relation to the observer doing the evaluation and his/her self-knowledge, his/her self-evaluation, or in reference to a projected abstraction of phenomena, from experience or second-hand experience (knowledge), as a desirable goal, an idea(l), an object/objective.

Since the world is fluctuating, but still not at a rate to make all judgements obsolete the moment they are constructed, and not at a rate that would make life and conciousness (judging) impossible, and useless, this process is ongoing - dynamic subjectivity, adapting perspectives, dealing with a dynamic objective world.
A projection which is based no a more precise, detailed, deeper, evaluation of the objective world will produce, if it is not corrupted by emotion, the most long-lasting object/objectives; the more realizable idea(l)s if its constant judgements are based on the apparent, and not the abstracted, if, in other words, the noetic is constantly tested and updated in reference to the phenomenon.

The final arbitrator is not another organism, or judgement, but the world itself.
The quality and precision of the noumenon faces the test of the phenomenon, which is indifferent to all interpretation of it, if it is non-organic or of another species - if, in other words, it is unable to communicate and empathize, seeing itself in the others eyes.

The factor of manmade interventions shaping and directing subjective views, must be included.
Here the phenomenon does care, and can empathize, and so it is a dynamic participant in trying to manipulate subjectivity.
The true objective world is the one which is apathetic to human interpretation and evaluation of it, because it is what it is, despite what any organism thinks of it.
The price of error in judgement is not paid by the world, but by the organism that lives and dies by interpreting, and adapting, unison these interpretation.
This, unless some intervening will, protects the organism from its own error in judgement...such as a child by its parent, or a moron by the police.

Culling is thwarted, perpetuating the weak genetics that produce these error in judgement.
Man has intervened upon natural processes and turned natural selection to social selection, producing collateral effects such as genetic pollutants (unfit mutations) and material pollutants.
The process snowballs, in time, resulting in a slow and steady decline - decadence - which predicts the cycles of civilization, or of memes, in accordance to the genetic cycles of birth, growth, infancy, adolescence, reproduction, middle-age, old-age, and death.

Just as is organic immaturity characterized by a hedonistic indifferent disconnecting from reality, so does old age lead to a slow deterioration characterized by a return to this infantile detachment...and the same holds true for civilizations. The end stage is this gradual detachment from reality; this constant reminiscing over past, and self-referring abstractions...a turning inwards.

Semiotics Images19

The metaphor, constructed using symbols (word/numbers) is judged by how well it references the shared objective world of fluctuations, (inter)activity, the apparent (phenomena).

If it is taken literally, rather than figuratively, as an absolute, truth, a certainty, or as an approximation, measured as superior/inferior, better/worse...

The world is unaffected by how the conscious mind symbolizes or understands its own symbols, because it is the organism itself which will pay the price.
The subjective adapts to the objective....because abstraction is a tool.

Semiotics Images19

Agreement of the real, the objective, is to be expected, because those who share and see what they are a part of will independently arrive to the same conclusions, albeit from different paths, and using different symbols.
The objective world restricts the subjective interpretation of it, under the threat of penalty of death, that keeps the mind sharp and careful.

Those who do not perceive the real, deny it, reject it, denounce it, hate it, and prefer their private subjectivity will, naturally, disagree, on all except the value of their subjective interpretation cut-off from the restricting objective world.
They will agree that all subjective interpretation deserve safety, and the luxury of existing in their own private world, unaffected by anything outside of it.

This psychological agreement, in relation to the objective world, will be manipulated to produce a uniformity of agreement, where the multiplicity gravitates and does not exceed the rules of otherness.
This is called the Golden Rule or civility, or the social contract, as it applied to a community of subjective interpretation of the denied objective world, now turning inward, towards self-referential masturbation, and the pull of pleasure without a price.

Semiotics Images19

The world pre-exists the emergence of conciousness within it.

Its (inter)actions are what merge and converge into the unity that is life.
Consciousness is a (re)action to this already ongoing (inter)activity.
It then interprets it by using the evolved methods of colour, sound, form, scent, etc.

No communal agreement required for the objective, to be objective.
Whether the subjective minds agree or disagree, the world is unaffected by human interpretations of it.
A community of Muslims, a billion of them, agreeing that heaven and seventy virgins await the Jihadist, will not make is so.

The objective challenges the subjective to adapt, or to perish; to harmonize with it, continuously, to reaffirm it, constantly, or to return to its Flux, disorganized.
The world is not created within the organism, the organism is created within the world; its survival within it dependent on how accurately it can interpret and adapt to it.
The organism's subjective abstractions are either closer or further from harmonizing with the ongoing fluctuations of the objective world.

Connecting words to reality, or noumenon with phenomenon, is the connection of a symbol to an (inter)action.

For example to understand the word male, and masculine, as the expression of maleness, you must connect it to the sexual role it has evolved to play within mammalian and specifically primate reproduction.
From there we can proceed upwards, from genetics to memetics, by associating gender roles with these mechanisms which precede the emergence of social structures and social survival strategies.

Therefore, the mechanics of stiffening the penis, of maintaining it erect, to be used to penetrate the space of another organism, the movement of in/out that stimulates the release, and then the mechanisms the sperm uses to evade vaginal toxins, and female autoimmune defenses, is to be taken as a starting point.

To understand the female, and the feminine expression, the same method should be used.
Beginning from mechanics, the necessities of physicality, of bodies (inter)acting, we can move upward analyzing how this organ functionality manifests as a psychology necessary for the process to be carried through to its end.
Any mutation should be judged as more or less fit, in how it aids or contradicts this process.

Words being reattached to reality, means to return them to the symbolism of these (inter)actions, these mechanisms which we can sensually (empirically) observe, because they are apparent, they are phenomena.

If we proceed carefully, honestly, and with a commitment to keep the words firmly connected to the (inter)actions, then we can slowly build a framework defining words which engage reality, the world, and do not disengage, detach from it - this is to be called the objectification of our subjectivity.

We will also realize that how masculinity/femininity is symbolized, repressed, cultivated within manmade environments, can be judged by juxtaposing them to sexual roles preceding the emergence of social cooperative unities.

Semiotics Images20

The only way words can be detached from reality would be if the repercussions of such a detachment were continuously and consistently mitigated by an ulterior motive, and an intervention by an external will.

This reduction of consequences is what permits the slow disconnect of noumenon from phenomenon, just as a cell in the human body is protected by the body's synergy, from the consequences of its specialization, sacrificing independence for utility.

To understand how words disconnected from the world we must investigate the slow, intervention of manmade structures and the sheltering they provided for the individual organism.
Words detaching from the world and reattachment to the organism's internal (inter)actions, is what specialization is about.
Relating it to the cellular participation in the organism, as our example, we can translate this word, noetic, disconnect to a cellular disconnection from the world outside organic structures.
The cell reduces its direct (inter)action with world and by specializing it redirects its (inter)activity internally, towards other cells, participating within structures such as organs, which in turn are part of an organic hierarchy.

This same cognitive redirection is exemplified in philosophy.
It slowly stops discussing world and replaces its interests with that of humanity.
Philosophy becoming psychology, politics, an endless debate over who said what and what he meant by it.
A debate about philosophy itself.

All becomes a debate over subjective interpretations of internal relationships.
The world outside these relationship, the objective world, is excluded, or engaged with minimally and only through proxies, institution.

Just as the cell engages world through this organic superstructure, so does man engage reality, world, via institutions, which are the abstracted equivalent of an organism's organs.

This sheltering is what prevents the natural trial and error from weeding out inferior (inter)activities.
The environment, which is the organic body, changes the rules, by excluding chaos, and other patterns from intervening - it intervenes between cell and external, objective, world, keeping the cell relatively safe, in its subjectivity, because it wants to integrate the cell's functions into its own processes.

The concept of success is altered, from one in relation to an (inter)active world, including chaotic processes, independent from intervening sheltering wills, to that of utility within an organic superstructure where intervention is expected.
And because success is changed the values associated with it change.

The objectivity mission is to reattach the values and words back to where they began from: outside the protective social sphere of an intervening will that alters the notion of success and reshapes values.
He does so to clarify his perceptions, and to eliminate all possible corruption dictated by this intervening will.

Semiotics Images20

To begin cleansing the word from all its socioeconomic memetic baggage, returning it to its genetic roots, we must take each word, on its own, and connect it to the phenomenon.
So, we take the word, referring, symbolizing an abstraction, a noumenon, and we attach it to a phenomenon, the apparent.

This is the first task, our primary work, like the job of clearing a field, a space, before we begin digging to place there the foundations of a house.

The second step is to dig into the earth, finding each word's source, its primary, original utility.
This would be the laying of the foundations where the deeper they go the more sturdy the house we build upon it. not only deeper but symmetrical, geometrically harmonious, beautiful, seasonally pleasing...ordered.

The third step is to place the frame of the house in relation in harmony with the foundation we've built.
The frame will guide our subsequent building, of laying the brickwork, the placement of the doors and windows.
This is where artistry enters the picture. Above functionality, the pragmatism of the earth, of environment imposing upon our discipline, our construction, a limitation, implying a shape, we proceed to artistry.
Using words as the art they are - as symbols, allusions, insinuating space/time with out application.
Talented architecture insinuates spaces and time, without being them. It alludes to something more than what it is - it is metaphor.

The fourth step is ornamentation, the filling in of detail that accentuates shapes and makes them appealing, pleasant to live in.
This is a more precise, subtle, usage of words to expose details, to make ideas palatable  - to use words adding artistry for the sake of it.

If we abide by these four steps we slowly disarm the Nihilists of their only weapon, their only toy.
We build a structure that keeps what we value inside and keeps what we do not want to be a part of our home outside - it keeps our brain clean, focused, lucid.
Disarming Nihilists of their words renders them innocuous, infantile, a joke, and exposes their ideals as what they are, self-hating, nature despising, world denouncing lies.

Semiotics Images20

The danger of using words detached from reality is that you fall into an abstracted world that only applies within human minds, and is meaningless outside of them - a political, psychological effect, exploiting human weakness and manipulating human emotions.
The utility of which remains within human environments and inapplicable outside of them.

Again, the power of words when they do not refer to abstractions that then connect the noumenon with the phenomenon, is psychological.
Their magic a human effect, possible among those who share it - a political social tool, with no meaning when dealing with a non-human world that cannot experience the power of the magic because it cannot feel the impact of language, as an internalized force affecting mind from the inside out - a self-referential effect.
Of course humans are natural agencies and affecting them will, in turn, make it possible to direct them to affect world directly, but this makes words a method of coercion, manipulation, seduction, losing their "power" outside of human skulls speaking the same language.
Much of philosophy is about teaching the mind the language which will then affect it.

Semiotics Images20

Proper application of words is a form of asceticism.
The re-connection of noumena, to phenomena, using language, is a form of self-control, directed by an external necessity.

Free-association is a form of decadence, it is hedonism.
Using words only to imply, and not to expose is hypocrisy.
The metaphor is supposed to clarify the connection of noumenon to phenomenon, not make it vague and mystical.
World is already mystical in the sense that it is disordering an ordering mind is attempting to describe and understand; it in counter-intuitive to an intuition based on binary thinking.
The metaphor, if it does not bridge, by trying to meet fluidity on its level and bring it up to the light of consciousness, acts as the opposite, as something that buries the real in more obfuscation, more clouded ambiguity, more emotion and intuitive sensation.

This reminds me of an artist who disciplines himself to reality, and attempts to represent it, as accurately as possible, using a medium.
Language is such a medium.
The decadent, hippie artist will use the medium not to represent reality but to express his internal psychology, his reaction to reality, and this is so for the esoteric "philosopher" who pulls words out of himself expressing his subjective response to a world that does not yield to his desires.

The artist uses techniques that warp form in order to represent what cannot be represent using static artistic mediums, and not to imply an alternate reality representing his personal turmoil and internal inadequacies before world.
In art there is room for an esoteric artist sharing his internal world for others to witness and relate to, not so for a philosopher, who is dedicated to reality and clarity.
A psychologist, perhaps, would be the philosophical equivalent to an esoteric artist, expressing himself, and not reality, in his art.
A psychologist who by externalizing the esoteric makes it exoteric, and perceptible to all as another phenomenon.

Freed from an external objective world that would limit his artistry, he prefers to pull his art from internal sources, expressing vague cellular memories, that can only be represented in strange forms, dream-like construct, monstrosities reflecting his genetic past and how it responded to his awakening to a world that did not change to accommodate his needs.

A fighter fearing contact with an alien will, combat with an opponent dedicated to doing him harm, will choose, instead, to limit himself to displays of his martial art, striking air, inanimate objects, displaying his athleticism, his training and technique. He wants to express his theoretical prowess for others to witness and not test - to impress.
He does not engage bodies but minds, seeding intimidation, seeking respect, and admiration, he may not be able to repeat in actual combat where he may find shame.

Semiotics Images20

To create the perfect slave use words to mystify not clarify, toys for children to find comfort in, not tools to engage world with.
Convert the word to an esoteric mystery the minds of small boys must depend upon a master to decipher for them, and he, a master only of conceit and deceit, will manipulate their nature, calling it esoteric, as they hang from his lips for a drop of meaning.

The cosmos is mysterious, and chaotic, no need to add to it with verbal obfuscation and more confusion, unless the motive is not to clarify and order what confront  man, but to exploit the weak, and manipulate the feeble, starting with one's own soul - selling lies demands the telling of lies to self.

The way such minds throw about the title "Nietzschean" shows us how they have bee manipulated to convert the idol breaker to an idol, and how his words are not like biblical scripture, full of secret meanings, only the initiated, the chosen few, have access to.
It is how dependence manifests in real-time: a man turned to a god, and boys hanging from his words, as if the world described was not around them but was inside of him, somewhere in the master's soul, and they loyal monks, servants, women, eager to be his preferred concubines, then one he shares his power with.

Mystification of language, by rearing it away from its phenomenal connections, their utility, is how you convert free minds, who can use words to engage world on their own, into minions, men-children playing in some fantasy role-playing games, in a fantasy world where they are noble warriors and kings and high priests, as a way of coping what they really are in real life.

Words are ambiguous to begin with, because they are static symbols referring to dynamic processes, but the desire to mystify them further, to retain them as some symbol each mind can use according to their personal whims, their esoteric needs, is a way of producing codependent slaves.
Lack of creativity, of imagination, will turn these minds into followers of the one with the creative genius to manipulate words to flatter, to seduce, to make them feel good, important, powerful, and since duckling follow the first organism they see after they hatch, these minds will break free from their misery and find in this shaman a lead, a parent, a god, who creates for them what they cannot in themselves find.

Look at hoe dependent upon priest Christians are - every biblical line full of secret mysterious meanings, only he can decipher, can explain.
Look at what Nietzsche has become for these Modern lost boys, after Nihilism has proceeded to eradicate families, and discredit fathers. - a Jesus figure for the secular Nihilist dreaming of being pagan, when all he is is another version of then same virus.
Like Judaism morphed when it came niot cotnaxct with Hellenism, we witness in this trend a new morphing - one post-Nietzsche, who reintroduced a forgotten world-view, pre-Socratic, Heralcitean world-view in a world dominated by Parmenides and the outcrops of Judaeo-Christian nihilism.
A new morphing, attempting to assimilate, this time, Nietzsche's diagnosis, and convert it, like Hellenism was converted to Christianity after contact with the Nihilistic dis-ease of Judaism, into another version of the same illness.

The death cults of Osiris combining with the one god of Zoroastrianism, merging within a group of tribes that were ripped from earth, and floated, across the deserts as wanderers, fermented in this Nihilistic overturning, inversion that still plagues European man today.

With no grounding, no hearth, the wanderers want to convert all into lost souls, vulnerable to Messiahs and charlatans.
Watch them exploit the youth; the naivete of boys, and girls, with no confidence, no solidity, no self-esteem.
instead of training them to rely on their own faculties to use words to find their own path, in a world that appears and does not conceal, they direct them towards a magical realm of mysticism, where they place themselves, and others, as high-priests, wanting to reproduce the christian phenomenon, and from cult become a world-changing religion.
A world of innuendo, of hidden secrets, of magical powers only they can direct them to.

A power of exploiting human stupidity, and cowardice.
Is this anything new?

All symbols imply something.
They are metaphors.

Words written down as symbols, formed pattern, or verbalized as sonic patterns, allude to an abstraction which is always the product of simplified/generalized sensual stimuli, translated/interpret into a form the nervous system and transmit, gather, and if a brain is present, to process.
This abstraction is useful to the survival of the organsim.

First thing it does is that it organizes a complex, and chaotic, world - it orders it, in a way the organism can make sense of.
Second thing it does is it directs, by projecting the patterns it perceives in the stimuli, as objectives.
A primitive projection would be a food source.
A more sophisticated projection would be an idea(l).
The projection is the guide, the abstraction used by the organism to orient and direct itself in the Flux.

This process is already a hit or miss affair, resulting in benefit or cost.
To add to this a mystification, alluding to a world "underneath", or "above", or "beyond" can only compound confusion.

Metaphors are meant to clarify a phenomenon, by approaching it from a different, yet familiar, direction, making connections, constructing a more spherical understanding of it.
This is most useful when dealing with noetic abstractions, ideas with no external references, like the word "freedom", "god" or words that refer to processes not immediately perceptible, like the word "consciousness".
In this case the metaphor acts as a mooring, by attaching the concept to a real perceptible, familiar phenomenon.
When the metaphor is retained as something actual, yet hidden, or is used to confuse, to cloud, rather than bring to light, then the motive should be sought in the one using it.

Christian dogma is full of such convoluted metaphors.
Their idea(l), their god, is some triadastic mystifying abstraction, one must surrender to, have faith in, without understanding. His mysteriousness is part of his appeal.
The Oracle of Delphi used such methods of ambiguity to speak and say nothing, leaving the interpretation for the listener to find in himself.
It's a classic method of con-artistry...you do not place the lie in the other, you discover it and cultivate it, and then you make yourself the authority, or the teacher, as shamans did when they kept their lore from the people they healed, relying on the placebo effect to fill in the holes in their understanding of nature.
Shamans status dependent on cultivating an air of mysteriousness, of secret recipes and knowledge he did not give away, lest he lose his power over them.

Why cultivate mysticism in a cosmos already mysterious?
Why cultivate change when all changes no matter what?

It is ordering, clarification, that is the revolutionary act, it is conservation that is progressive.
What does one conserve but what is being slowly eroded, and lost?
What is being conserved if not the past one decides is worth preserving?

No need to mystify existence it IS mystifying.
To then use symbols, rituals, some chants to pretend you are clarifying when you are deepening the mystery in the minds of those who find in these methods something comforting, is to desire to make of them your followers.
Inverting the symbol, the word to the literal, so as to maintain the act as too mysterious to clarify, is how Nihilistic inversion finds converts.

If we accept that words can be used in whatever way is pleasing to the mind, then what value do words have, other than as self-deluding, devices, self-hypnotizing magic, helping the mind cope with a world that threatens it?
With no external mooring to limit its utility, to give it a utility, it acts as a psychological device, exploiting human anxieties, manipulating human weaknesses.
They can be used to trigger positive emotions, in the other, self-numbing mechanism that want to preserve the organism, by keeping it away from what challenges its survival.

This is where Religions flourish: in the minds of the coward, the sick, the weak, the simple.
This is their only utility, having no other external application.
Without converts, followers, the ideals, the abstractions held as dear, and valuable, vanish, as if they never were, because they never were more than inversions, ambiguous sensations, emotional neurological processes.

Paganism is the reverse of this.
Its symbols brought the mysterious down to earth, as it did its gods.
It does not confuse the symbol, the metaphor, the representational art, for the actual phenomenon.

This is why it produced the Hellenic miracle, where men were freed from superstition and authorities, resulting in city-states that could never unite, unless they were threatened by an external power.
By demystifying the world they liberated the human spirit....to make meaning, not find it, and when making it not to do so like a child, but to root it in the earth, in the land.

Semiotics Images20

There is no perfect, for "perfect" is another word for absolute, for the Abrahamic God.
There is world and man relating to it with his mind, with his entire becoming.

The word is an approximation, referring to patterns in world; referring to natural order.
Patterns are metaphorically symbolized as gods, spirits, and given a name, a symbol to represent convergences of patterns.
To this order man must abide, as he would to gods, because to this order he owes his existence, and to this he will return.

Words, if they are artistic connections between noumenon and phenomenon, keep man focused, his mind attuned, clear.
With them he relates to nature, and not to human abstractions, which may seduce him, lead him astray, manipulate and exploit his needs, his emotions, his desires.
Words free from this discipline, this external connection, becomes methods of evasion, of hiding, of comforting and pleasuring self.
They make of themselves a God, and all those who fall to their calling, slaves to human artifices.

Words are not an understanding, they are a reference to patterns, which are the foundations of understanding.
Words are art.

All language is man connecting himself, his ordering, to Flux, or the parts that display patterns.
Man does so by, first, projecting what he knows, in himself, what he feels, in himself, outward.
How this external phenomenon, or convergence of patterns, make him feel, is how he represents it.

What makes a man a willing slave is when he conveniently believes the words ARE the phenomena represented, and not representations, because then, With no external natural standard he becomes vulnerable to word-smiths, manipulators, charlatans, those who use words to evoke emotions, desires, hopes.
The word-user becomes the standard, placing words in whatever order suits his goals, limited by nothing outside his own needs, his own motives.
A mind with no understanding of what words are, falls prey to their effect, he becomes a minion to whomever infects him with the "right" reaction to specific words.

Goux, Jean-Joseph wrote:Gide's The Counterfeiters (as will by now have become clear) seems to be a particularly fertile field for the application and verification of this complex set of homologies.
Gide's novel provides the fiction of this theoretical numismatics. Its radical subject is the historical crisis of the general equivalent form that is, the crisis of the dominant value-form of the bourgeois world.

The theoretical interest that the novel holds for the present purposes of analysis is evident even if, on other counts, this work of fiction is not entirely satisfying as to the aesthetic doctrine that it promulgates.
By building the novel, starting with its very title, on the monetary metaphor, and by subordinating to this metaphor all questions of "values" and of "meaning" (values now revealed to be false), Gide explores the homology that exists among all the registers of the general equivalent. Above all, it is the homology between money and language as befits a reflexive literary fiction that constitutes the metaphor's most substantial core.
I have already emphasized this homologous pair, and I shall return to it. But these are not the only registers of the general equivalent that Gide invokes. By tracing certain other thematic threads woven throughout the warp and woof of the text, I shall now demonstrate that the other registers analyzed in "Numismatics" are not absent, and that they are caught up in the same critical junction as language and money. For if the truth of language is contested along with the truth of gold, the truth of the father is also challenged.
Counterfeiting is also, and emphatically even first of all the demonetization of the value of paternity.

Fathers are not absent from Gide's novel; quite the contrary, they are all over the place. But they have lost their legitimacy. The signs of paternity have been divorced from the being of the father. The signifiers produced by fathers no longer refer to a Truth that, going beyond their appearance as signs, constitutes their transcendental guarantee. Such is Gide's suspicion. It is not difficult to see this suspicion as corresponding closely to a certain crisis of linguistic and monetary legitimacy.

Language, money, father: simultaneously metaphorizing each other in reciprocal homological interplay, their fundamental crisis the crisis of a historical form of value is exposed. Monetary falseness confers a title upon the crisis of the dominant value-form, a crisis that affects language and the father as well.
---The Coiners of Language

Words, freed from their role as connector between subjective and objective, or noumenon and phenomenon, is analogous to money disconnected from a material reference standard of gold/silver.
Counterfeiters take over, fabricating value out of thin air, suing symbols words money, to exploit and manipulate, with nothing to limit their usury, their charlatanism, their banker's psychology.
Swaps noetic constructs with no reference outside human brains, like the words some "philosophers" of decline use, disconnecting them form any phenomenal reference, so as to manipulate, cut them up into noetic pieces, and sell them to ignoramuses on trust, becoming "rich" (fame and fortune) on the gullibility and stupidity of others.

Goux, Jean-Joseph wrote: Precious metal that becomes money through an evolution in the forms of exchange comes to fulfill three quite distinct functions:
(1) that of the measure of values, (2) that of the means of exchange, and (3) that of the instrument of payment and of hoarding or reserve. This distinction, which appears to me to be a crucial one, has never been fully applied to the logic of exchange with all of its ramifications for parallel noneconomic forms of the general equivalent for example, language and paternity. It is this distinction that underlies the differences among archetype, token, and treasury, and its relevance far exceeds the realm of economic exchange.
---The Coiners of Language

Precious metals mined from the bowels of the earth, product of cosmic processes, represent earth's finite wealth - a connection to the soil, the ground, the phenomenon.
Nihilistic dis-ease, liberates representation form this grounding, to make it a toy, a ploy, exceeding its representation. one accepts it no trust, and confidence exploiters become the new heroes.
They trick the world and themselves, out of its reality - they transcend the earth's bounty, manufacturing symbolic value with no meaning, with no substantial reference point.
The current crisis of identity and decline of western man linked with language games and the recent economic collapse.
Wall Street was selling idea(l)s with no intrinsic value, no references, outside the minds they seduced and exploited, manipulating greed, vanity, fear.
with no limits, no matter/energy connections, there was no limit to wealth - it was pure noumenon, an abstraction all could partake in.

Abandoning the gold standard is the same thing as abandoning the noumenon/phenomenon relationship.
Words, as neurological representations, linking mind and body, now become pure mind, with no body - no physical restrictions, identifiers.
Words, like money, can be manipulated, now, fabricated, renamed, and sold on the market, as if it were more than symbol, metaphor - a token of trust, no different than a Christian's faith.   Precious metals mined from the bowels of the earth, product of cosmic processes, represent earth's finite wealth – a connection to the soil, the ground, the phenomenon.

Goux, Jean-Joseph wrote:In the inability of the father's corpse to signal from the world beyond to his son can be seen the failure of the very function of signifying. For the sign, of course, has both body and soul: a perceptible signifier and an intelligible signified. Only when the signifying body refers to a signified soul is there a sign (and, in more general terms, representation or expression). Meaning, then, is the immortal soul of the body of signs, and it remains alive, transcendent, even when the body is dead. When the motionless mummy of the signifier no longer harbors any soul or signified, then something has gone wrong with the symbolic function particularly when the body of the sign is the body of the father. For what the corpse or tomb of the father ought to signify is the transcendence of the signified, the eternity of the spirit beyond the perishable matter of the body. In its most profound signification, the spirit is none other than the soul of the dead father a soul that can come back to haunt the living like a "ghost," but that can also confer ultimate spiritual meaning, as the transcendent site of ancestral lineage and as unwritten law for the future of its sons.

.....This is the crisis of counterfeiting: language, money, and father have all ceased to be the nucleus of a guarantee of meaning and values. There is no more transcendental signified, no more eternal standard. As a result, the counterfeiting process takes over in linguistic, monetary, and intersubjective circulation, and every register of the general equivalent structure.
---The Coiners of Language

Counterfeiters, the new priestly class; shamans of shame.
They replicate the original, altering it slightly, because a perfect copy always fails, turning themselves into the source of value, of wealth, spreading it as if it means nothing, because it does coming from him (trust).
The counterfeit nomisma is worthless.
It has no relevance outside the relationships and the exchanges these necessitate.
The counterfeiter stamps an image of some authority, some impressive icon, to legitimize the copy, but this is only possible if what ti is stamped upon is worthless, making the stamp, and what it represents, its only value.
Gold cannot be counterfeited, money can, and when disconnected form its gold/silver restrictions it can be printed, recycled, at will, producing artificial wealth, with no resources backing it up.

Goux, Jean-Joseph wrote:  In this threefold division of functions of the equivalent, we seem to have come upon a very generalized structure that, while manifested in economic exchange, far exceeds this realm and affects communication in general. Indeed, it is in terms of such necessary structures of "communication" that economic exchange itself must be understood.

Semiotics Images20

There is no need to retain the mystery of existence.
Flux, is a falling away of world, to borrow that metaphor, or to use Heidegger's imagery, we are condemned to look back, and live forward, trying to reduce the distance suing art - and language is an art-for; it is all symbolic, metaphorical, insinuating, representative, approximating.
Nihilists exploit this fact, wanting to increase distances, inverting the toward, the approach of mind to body so that the human find harmony.
By detaching words as the neurological bridge between mind and body, they cast the mind adrift, convincing it that the sense of liberation is a good thing, because the corporeal has purchased its well-being, guaranteed its safe-keeping, with work, servitude.

With the mysteriousness of the world a given, words can only attain a higher, not absolute, understanding of it, for whatever period of time the patterns words represent are ongoing.

Looking back, has to use what is has seen, has experienced, to formulate wilful reactions it can train itself to use in preparation for future.
Natural selection chooses (re)actions to stimuli that have proven sufficient.
The mind takes over, wanting to make the trial and error process more efficient, by observing, empathizing, imagining, finding patterns that hold true for longer periods of time than the immediacy of a stimulation triggering programmed genetic responses.
But cosmos is fluctuating, and the process is unending, continuous.

Semiotics Images20

Abandonment of word to psychological fancies, leads to the types of art that depict esoteric (re)actions to world, without ever daring to depict world directly – explaining the (re)action itself.
Art abandoned to psychology, tends to raise psychosis on a pedestal begging for centre stage - the controversial, the mystical, the vulgar, the shocking takes over as "good art".
Schizophrenic imagery, of internal turmoil, fantastic, surreal sensationalism, begging for attention: man's condition spilling out like a cry for help from invisible masters, wanting all to witness their pain, their desperation; noise presented as music, inner voices externalized, comforting, repeating, in rhythm, self-aggrandizing compensating prayers, hoping they will push away the real.
Survival ensured, identity lost, what is left for language to do but offer a shell for an individual to inflate, and cover-up?
Every internal need, producing genetically based desires, or socially based wants, projected outwards – the esoteric/exoteric inverted; man with his guts hanging out, his skin folded up and absorbed into a soft spinal column, with bones exposed to the winds; nervous system left bare... every stimulation multiplied, inflated, agitating the individual disproportionately to what is confronting him.
The individual can claim to be whatever he dreams of being, with no external validation necessary – words spoken, repeated, convincing, coercing.

With no limits, no skin of containment, no boundaries, all becomes a free-for-all.
Defecation a free-form of expression, flatulence a new musical style, every psychosis legitimized and tolerated.
Nihilists flourish.
With nothing to limit the usage of words, except text, a book, a dictionary of unifying anti-Babel uniformity, words are a means of seducing, manipulating using emotions, most deny importance to, covering their tracks.

Semiotics Images20

Goux, Jean-Joseph wrote:This "degradation" could not find any better expression than Gide's invention, which makes crystal the substance of a circulating currency. The eternal crystal of a thought that is faithful to the Archetype of things enters the language market, like ordinary money in everyday exchange. It would seem that here, in a nutshell, is a major evolution in Western thought.
According to an aphorism of Heidegger's, Being is degraded to value. Let us say, in other words, that archetypal meaning "degenerates" into conceptual meaning; in the movement of substitutions and exchange, logos becomes logic, the "money of the mind."

Archetypal value descends into the market, participates in vulgar transactions, and thus, faded and worn through use, loses its sacred numen. The standard is no longer what measures, from its transcendent site, the meaning and value of signs and things that are compared and exchanged; rather, it enters into trade itself. It moves from the sacred transcendental function of Measure (ideality) to the profane function in which it can gradually be replaced by simple signs of itself (pure symbolicity). As a result, inexorably, the "tokenization" of the general equivalent stems from the very logic of intensified circulation, through the play of successive substitutions, with infinite displacements and delays.

---The Coiner of Language

Plato's Ideal, merged with Jewish Deity, that cannot be depicted, loses its lustre in the mouths of the commoners – in the marketplace; in their hands the crystal is covered in their grime, their sweat, their fleshy snake-oils.
Socrates, expressing Plato’s concerns, returns to find his own crystalline method converted to Tyranny in the marketplace of exchange, broken into cutting glass in the minds of the hungry masses - the talent of blowing hot air, spirit, into glass, shaping it into art-forms that would impress, had taken over.
Modern Nihilists are putting a shine back on that translucent crystal – recycling its brilliance, polishing it clean, until it looks new, as if it were new, wanting to return it into circulation.

Goux, Jean-Joseph wrote:The history of value in the West is the inexorable shift from Archetypes to tokens, a shift that some, in language of a very different extraction from my own, would call a degradation, or even nihilism.
The "history of metaphysics" is the monetary history of the economy, the evolution of what used to be a divine, numinous standard, situated above exchange the inestimable source of what is valued into another value on the exchange mart.

In the token system, the advanced stage of the reign of general equivalence, the dimension of the archetypal measure soon becomes the most neglected dimension of all, the one most excluded by the very logic of signifying metabolisms. The numen has become idea, idea has become concept, and the concept itself is no longer signification but merely a pure value in the "arbitrary and differential" system of the play of signifiers.

Gide's fiction appears at a moment in the history of exchanges when the universal equivalent, shaken in its capacity as archetype of the One (the axis aligning Father, Gold, Language, and Phallus), begins to lose credibility in its role as the Representative, as a result of its progressive demotion from this
function to that of a token, a mere signifying element whose convertibility is suspended, hypothetical. Fiction, while trying to sustain a dimension of ideality in language (through reference to the archetype) imperceptibly moves this ideality toward a pure intellectual construction. The poem, adequate to the Idea, becomes the more prosaic novel of ideas. Pure crystal, which first (in the work of the young Gide) signified fidelity to the archetype, becomes in The Counterfeiters rather the crystal of understanding of which Hegel speaks - or even the "artificially composed" core - that is the invisible substructure of every work of fiction, however splendidly gilded and inspired it may be.

In sum, Gide takes the position that the gold coin is no longer credible (its guarantees have crumbled), and that the task at hand is to seek a new ideality in the register of constructive abstraction (the crystal). Here Gide foreshadows the crisis of an era in which structure tries to make up for the central collapse of all standard values. It was to take half a century for this aesthetic, philosophical, and epistemological configuration to realize its full scope.

---The Coiner of Language

The near-absolute echoes, in our present, with myriads of many patterns continuously (inter)acting, fragmenting, breaking apart.
The mind, hungry for satiation, strains to find unity, an all-encompassing singular pattern, a final rule, the fabric – nostalgia for this near-absolute echoing in the human spirit.
With every failed attempt it becomes alienated, disillusioned with its own condition, slowly awakening to its own absence of Being – desperate it projects its interpretations, vague and perfect in their simplified/generalized form, as pure abstraction, and calls himself God.
Noumenon takes over where phenomenon fails and is called "negative".

Goux, Jean-Joseph wrote:Thus the formal crystal is both the inevitable result of a world that, having put into circulation tokens with no backing, has lost its authenticity, and already an attempt to replace this total devaluation of pure currency (economic and linguistic alike) with a structure capable of resisting erosion by wear and tear, an a priori construction capable of standing up to the non-sense of a representation that has become deceptive. Formalism, structuralism, and abstraction are all effects of the loss of credibility of all representation, and at the same time they are attempts to counter the devaluation and discreditation of profoundly experienced meaning with the eternity and solidity of a geometry of the intellect.
Through its structural a prioris, the crystal of form attempts to regain the site of Ideas, but it can be no more than a rationalistic construction in the cultural milieu where capitalism and Protestantism have established the reign of the iconoclastic concept.

Welcome to the Desert of the Real - a Dystopic nihilistic world where words have lost all meaning and all has been reduced to platonic idealism, and Abrahamic herd psychology - the inter-subjective world of shared detachments.
The One God of many names, who cannot be represented, the triad, one has to feel as a one-truth, converted into the symbolic vagueness of money.

Words delivered with machine-gun succession, punching holes in the other’s pride, reputations bleeding out, spilling relevance into the sewers of data deluge; verbal explosions destroying all in their symbolic radius, names hemorrhaging on these new battlefields of the coldest war, a frozen one, a metaphorical one.
Everything is transferred, moved, transposed from one abstraction to another – nothing is, as it seems, nothing means what it says, a pall of vague uncertainty settles over the front-lines: hot-air warfare choking throats silent; the only conviction that nobody is ever convinced – take no prisoners.
Verbal sniper attacks, character assassinating the leadership, when his words are making an impact, rallying a force for a final push; then left to ramble on, talking to himself, or to a select few, a discriminating clique, in a world of “free-speech”, because there is no more danger in his emblematic expressions – nobody takes notice when the numbers are not there.
It’s all relative… to numbers.
Propaganda bombs obliterating entire groups with fiery rhetoric – minds taken hostage, never to be exchanged: no mercy for the enemy, no respect; women and children go first, taken as bounty, and the men left to a slow death on the battlefields of pecuniary tokens, if they cannot be reduced to the level of a woman and/or a child.
Another regeneration lost, but not dead. They shuffle on, appearing substantial, but missing internal consistency: empty husks of amalgamated organs lacking order.
The only resources of any value are human: humanity is conquered or remade into a new construct, stripping it, first, of all past, burning away its nature.
This is the war happening all around us, but goes, mostly, unnoticed by the common mind, anaesthetized to its verbal violence, its insidious linguistics; blind to its destructive continuance, its numbing compassion; deaf to the cries of its casualties, offered another relieving medicating word, to numb the pain and make brain-death tolerable.

A War Like No Other

Semiotics Images20

Moderns have words to flip the real on its head - flip the objective into another subjective, flip the phenomenon into another noumenon, flip the apparent into another symbol, flip a female into another m,ale, and a male into another female, flip the natural into another human artifice, flip the past into another future, flip the cause into another effect, flip the perspective of world into another world; flip the lie into honesty, defeat into victory, cowardice into courage, and stupidity into genius.

They are insanely flippant.

Semiotics Images20

Creative Licence
Using a word as something other than a direct connector of noumenon to phenomenon, as something more than just a symbol referring to an honest, and precise, description of the real, is left to the discretion of the artist.
Placing words in unconventional places in a sentence, or using the wrong word to refer to a phenomenon can be ascribed to the artist’s creative licence, and to his unique charm.
He may very well choose to paint a tree purple, or in a further usage of his creativity draw geometric shapes, in all ways symmetrical, and title it “tree”.
The motive for this unconventional creativity should be sought in something other than the exact description of the real.
The artist can only attain the “right” to do so when he’s already proven his perceptual acuity and his talent, which then seeks alternate methods to describe how the exoteric dynamic mixes with his esoteric dynamics.
Without such evidence, the audience is left to wonder if the artist is suffering from a brain dysfunction, unable to perceive world as his own kind does, or is left to question the motive for this unconventional usage of form and colour is, wondering if it is nothing more than creative licence being used to hide an absence of talent.

Semiotics Images20

How I use the term (inter)subjective.
all organisms, all consciousness is subjective - it reacts, interprets, and applies this subjective interpretation of the objective within the objective world.
Some subjective minds can share their subjective interpretations of the objective world.

The subjective is an interpretation of the objective, and how close it is to it determines its accuracy, proven by its application, by the choices, judgment made using the subjective interpretation of the objective world.
Modernity, using Nihilism, shelters the subjective mind from the costs of their judgments, choices which are not close to the objective, and in the case of Nihilism may even contradict the objective by positing an idea, and ideal, which is nowhere to be found in the objective world and, more so, it is the reverse of what is found in the objective world.
The subjective interpretation, the abstraction, the noumenon, as I call it, is contradicted by the real... it stands in relation to it as negation.
The Modern accuses the world of negating his ideals, instead of finding in self the negation of world - this is the Nihilist.

Now, with no external reference for the shared Nihilistic idea(l), the masses of moderns, protected from their own delusions, require an external reference point, to direct their will.
This external reference point becomes the mind of another organism. So, we have one noumenon referring to another noumenon, creating a matrix of relationships where the phenomenon, the real world, is excluded.
In fact the more minds participate in this matrix, creating webs of relationships, the more validated the Nihilistic meme becomes, requiring no phenomena, no world, to validate their delusions, their memes, their ideals.
This is inter-dependence.
The world is taken out of the process, and the connections are made between noumena, or abstractions referring to other abstractions that only exists as ambiguous ideas, ideals, in other minds.
A common language, and interpretation is necessary and this is established through brainwashing, education, peer pressure exploiting weakness, and manipulating human feebleness.
Whereas for all realistic ideas, ideals, the world is the standard validating or negating them, in this case it is only other.
This is why when Moderns use the word "world" they mean this matrix of connecting noumena, and not the world outside of their relating.
This is why popularity is "truth", or quantity is quality.
This is inter-subjectivity.

Millions of minds codependent, because their shared ideals have no external reference points, and so the meme can only survive by integrating more and more minds into its way of thinking, by infecting them with the same ideals, ideas, and methods of interpreting... the same knowledge and the same understanding of this data.
Understanding = patterns in the knowledge... therefore the shared understanding simply means the same patterns given to the masses of codependent minds.

This is the true designation of a cult.
One or more minds may reach an agreement about a phenomenon in the world, as it relates to them, because they share existence - they are in the same world.
But if there is no phenomenon to refer to, how do one or more minds reach an agreement, a communion, of shared evaluation?
Simple... indoctrination, institutionalization, also known as brainwashing, education.

To use a metaphor... one or more minds may evaluate a phenomenon, such as an elephant, in the same way... this does not mean they are part of a cult.
The pattern(s) called elephant, exists independent of their subjectivity.
They discover it, within the world, and interpret it each in his own way.
Accurate interpretations results in successful (inter)actions with elephant... an erroneous interpretation results in failure, or even death.
Cost/Benefit evaluations.

The delusional moderns are convinced of a unicorn.
They read it in a book, perhaps it was given to them as a holy book.
So, although none of them has ever seen a unicorn they are convinced that iti exists.
they only disagree on its traits, the details... but all are certain, have faith, that one day they will find a Unicorn and settle their disputes.
They have nothing to base their original conviction upon, other than mommy told them, or it feels good to believe in magical creatures in a mundane, for them, world, or some other psychological reason having nothing to do with experience, precedent, in other words reality.
The idea, the ideal, the abstraction Unicorn only exists as a vague noumenon, with no references in The external world, except in pieces - a horn here, a horse there....and so on - the combination called Unicorn has no phenomenal referential.
this group of Unicorn believers, unlike the ones agreeing on the nature of an elephant, is a cult, because either "agreement", their shared conviction, is based on coercion, manipulation, exploitation, psychosis, placed there by some authority figure.

Their Unicorn meme
, if it also develops a morality, a culture, a semiology, is an inter-subjective "world", existing as noumenon shared by multiple minds... and has nothing to do, or little to do, with the actual world where elephants are found.

The Unicorn, if it is idealized, deified, becomes an annulment of the world where only elephants exist... and the world where only elephants exist, is a negative to those sharing a noetic world where unicorns exist.
The elephant believers do not require each other to validate their perception of the patterns, phenomenon, they call elephant. Their subjective relationship to the objective world is direct. they may then choose to share their connection with other subjectivities, but this is not a requirement.
The Unicorn believers, on he other hand, MUST validate their belief using other subjective minds, otherwise it is inconsequential, useless, or it vanishes in time, due to genetic deterioration resulting in memory degradation and death.
The Unicorn can only exist as noumenon.

It is a Nihilistic meme, if it is used to then spread this idea by force, or by exploiting human immaturity, cowardice, and so on.
If the world where Unicorns roam is presented as a more 'real" reality than the actual reality where only elephants exist, then it is a nihilistic meme, infecting many with the same delusion.
This is Modernity....

Believing something existing is more probable, or less probable, does not mean one agrees, likes , or disagrees, dislikes it.
One evaluates objectively....in other words by finding connections between the possible "abstraction", the theoretical noumenon, and the world of phenomena, the apparent, the present, connected to using the senses, or, through memory, to precedent = past/nature.

Our Modern brains have been so inundated with Nihilistic understanding, that the words we use are now carrying the baggage of hundreds of years of Abrahamic mythologies, encasing us within a mind-trap of Nihilistic dualism, and binary thinking taken literally and/or figuratively, with an inconsistency that insinuates motive.

We can no longer speak of ego without having to deal with Freud's pathology.
We cannot speak of value without having to dig out of Marxist supply/demand economics.
We cannot use words like 'shame' or 'guilt', or 'love', or 'morality', without having to unload the Judeo-Christian luggage, in a time consuming return to biological premieres.
We cannot even approach pre-Socratic, pre-Abrahamic philosophy, without having to go through a Nieatzschean cloud of misunderstandings, obtuseness, and adjustments to humanistic world-views, and Straussian interpretations.

To begin this daunting task we must start from scratch, and build upwards - begin with the soil, the basics, slowly advancing through the tangled webs of human psychology, and biological processes.
Slowly from inanimate matter, to life, from gene to meme, reconnecting abstractions to appearances, the noumenon to the phenomenon, advancing up towards the divine without losing touch with the primal, cutting away ideals with no connection to the real, de-romanticizing, concept, destroying absolute negativity and positivity, the bane of subjective thinking, so as to allow the objective to stand forth clear, and terrifyingly cold.

Only then can we place our own sacred ideals within a profane reality context.

Semiotics Empty Re: Semiotics

Kaboom!!!!

What is missing from the secular humanist message is the all-encompassing messenger to transfuse the message with blood; the one that can assimilate and mythically combine contradictory principles, lending his physical body as the sacrifice for consuming and digesting a toxic combination.
The Christians have their Christ – the one within which Roman and Semite, Hellene and Jew are consummated in a unifying crucifix, with its cross-over, and final passion, giving birth to a mystery, demanding only faith, of the nonsensical kind.
Communists tried to produce their own Messiah, with Trotsky and Bakunin, and Lenin, but failed to find the right mix of fool and martyr.

The medium is present with the tried and tested power of words, but what is missing is a unifying “philosophy” to combine the Eastern with the Western, in a forever immanent nowhere and everywhere, not so unlike the Christian idol.

Volunteering Messiahs spring up, from time to time, on the internet agoras, selling another repackaging of that old unstable potion.
Soap-box Messiahs preaching the end of the world and salvation to all.
Decay makes the rats, and the roaches come out from under the floorboards where they hide.
Buyers are urged to wait to get home before they open the package and carefully combine the explosive ingredients – messiahs from a safe distance, waiting for the big boom to happen.
Oil and water does not mix, no matter how hard you shake and bake.
The eruption never comes because the volatile ingredients cancel each other out, with a puff of smoke and a smashing of mirrors.
What is left to do is to pretend the explosion happened, using the same method as before… pursing your lips, to the tightness of an asshole, before letting out a sudden gust of hot air forming the sound: Boom!
Many will duck, and be convinced that something did happen, other than another verbalization, but the smell will be intoxicating.

Magician’s Plight

The world determines what is and what is not possible.
You can invent any sentences structure, placing symbols in any sequence you desire; you can lace it all with intoxicating words and imagery; you can promise heaven and hell, making grand statements, with the confidence of a hero, or a fool, and it will not work.
The most you can accomplish is to attract and convince the myriads of imbeciles populating this fine earth; construct and maintain, for a time, a cult, a club, where only the select may enter... you may even use these imbeciles, if they are plenty, to produce a stir... and that is all.
This might be enough for you because you started this process with no integrity and with a motive you did not admit to, until you saw the "good works" your words created... and you might find them wanting, and not admit it.
So it is.
You live by the word, you die by it, and the only way to bend them into plows is if you own a hearty cow, or a patient ass.

Verbal Alchemy

To combine two, or more, incompatible concepts into one, using words as the code of abstraction, you must reduce them both to their lowest-common-denominator, doing an injustice to one more than to the other.
The point of convergence will be found in the weakest concept, or the most primal one, where you will lower the higher one to bind them into a symbolic knot.
But knots need not merge but only intertwine, confusing the mind, giving the impression that all is one, though the pieces are of contrary materials.
If this is possible with tangible elements, then how much more so it is possible with the immateriality of ideas?

The desire to dominate as one was dominated, is too strong to ignore this ploy.
this is how a charlatan is born. Not motivated by a desire to see, but to be seen; not guided by a desire to uncover, but by the desire to be admired.

Words, symbols, metaphors, art, is an expression of a relationship of subjective consciousness and objective world.
They are reflections of the organism's neurological system, connecting mind to body.

Their motive is exposed in which ones are chosen and in which order they are arranged.
What is exposed is how the body relates to the mind, in the particular organism, belonging to a particular species.
World is not affected.
It does not change to accommodate the organisms desires.
The only one affected in this relationship is the organism, or the subjective mind, in relation to the objective world.

There are multiple ways the organism can affect world suing his symbols, if they are not detached from any such reference.
One is to convert the symbols into a code that can then be externalized - organisms' nervous system, including brain, protested outward using code.
The code is an adaptation of the nervous system's neural pulses.
If this code can then convert matter into representations of its abstractions, such as all artworks are, which function within world, and are not merely symbolic, we call this techniques/technologies.
If the organism uses these symbols to affect other organisms, like itself, with a similar nervous system, to convert the word/symbol into an act, converting these others it extensions of his own thinking we call this politics - organism converts others of its kind, suing symbols, into agencies of its own ideals.

The first is independent of other organisms, the latter dependent on organisms, particularly those sharing a similar nervous system.
The symbol can then detach itself form world, and attach itself excursively to other minds, creating a superorganism - we also call this husbandry, or civilization or culture - an inter-subjective web connecting minds into a matrix that may, or may not have impact in world.
